i was almost there ;
i am not here
i was born as ; kendra cheyenne cultrera
i have had a heart beat for ; seventeen years
i showed up on ; november fourth
i've come to look like this ;
Luckily, Kendra was blessed with magnificent skin that’s almost olive in tone. Even as a teen, Kendra was never had pesky pimples, blackheads, or even having oily skin. And she was forever grateful for that. Kendra had thanked God more than once when she ran into a geeky kid in the hallway basically crawling with acne.
The bohemian beauty has an oval face with perfectly plucked arched brows above her smoldering brown, almond shaped eyes. Her eyes are usually decorated with some eyeliner, mascara, and eye-shadow but never really ‘over-does’ her makeup. Kendra likes a natural look with nothing crazy like aqua eye-shadow and pink mascara. A nose ring adorns the girl’s left side of her nose, although it’s only a simple yet small rhinestone. Beneath her nose ring is a pair of lips, light rose in color, and full yet not too big to be amountable to Angelina.
Kendra’s style is something that you don’t see the average high school girl in. Miss Cultrera is very into the bohemian/flower child/retro style, so don’t be surprised if you see this girl rocking some flowers on her shirt or wearing something bright and cubic in shape. Although her style is a little ‘eccentric’, Kendra knows what looks good or not. She isn’t like one of those struggling artists who want to stand out and be different.
everyone notices my ;
Kendra’s big hair, bright bohemian style, and good genetics give people more than one reason to look twice. And she sure as hell isn’t complaining. Although the girl was born with a head of luscious blonde curls, her hair takes on a new color that differs from any natural color. Reddish-purple highlights sweep through her dark mahogany hued tresses, giving Kendra that bad-girl look that she lives for. Even though the colors are a little different, the style and look greatly compliment the girl’s personality and attitude.
i look just like; joss stone
the act that i am ;
i'm not listening
my ideal career was ; singer or an artist
though i was living as ; student
independently i was ; rich
curiousity leads to ; heterosexuality
this is the stage i play ;
Don’t let Kendra’s chill bohemian hippie style make you think that’s she’s just very relaxed and calm with everything that comes at her. Oh no. You’d be terribly terribly wrong.
Kendra is very friendly and open to people that she just meets and to her friends. She loves to tease (playfully of course) with her friends and make others laugh whenever she can. But hell, if Kendra doesn’t like you, she’ll let you know. The girl has no problem going up to your face and telling you what she thinks of you, especially if she hears that you were talking about her (which is NOT a good idea). And if you want to play dirty, Kendra is more than game. She’s not afraid to throw the first punch in a fight if you get her angry enough. I guess she did learn a thing or do from her dad that’s in the military because that girl can pack a punch.
Kendra will do almost anything just to have fun. Whether it’s partying it up at house parties, raving, hooking up with guys (whether she knows them or not), or smoking some weed, Kendra will try almost anything in attempt to keep herself entertained. Some may label her as a slut or a party animal but Kendra doesn’t care. It’s simply an attempt to have fun in her eyes. Why not party it up when young and just calm down as you grow older with age? You’re only young once.
Miss Cultrera would rather have a select few best friends that she could rely on for anything rather an a countless group of friends that would probably talk shit behind her back and leave her when she needed them most. Although Kendra gets along with most people she meets, having a select few inseparable besties and numerous good friends is what keeps her happy. And with these few individuals, Kendall is everything that a friend would wish to have in best friend; funny, loyal, a shoulder to lean on, and a trustworthy confidant.
LOVE. Kendra loves it. Even though it doesn’t come along too often, that doesn’t stop this girl from going out and hooking up with others even if there’s really nothing there. Because there was really no one there for her in her childhood, she likes to hold people close to her, especially a boyfriend or a fwb, that will tell her that she’s beautiful and worth something. Of course, some of the time they don’t mean it. But just hearing people say they care, even if it’s insincere, makes a world of difference for Ken.

the book of my life goes as follows;
On November 4, a screaming bundle of joy took its first breath to the elated couple of Mackenzie and Jared Cultrera. The couple happily welcomed the newest member of their family, a seven pound sixteen ounce baby girl named Kendra Cheyenne Cultrera. The new parents were more than a little excited to welcome the baby into their family and took the best yet super cautious care of their child (as expected of first-time parents). Both were dedicated and loving with their child although Jared was often torn away from caring for his child due to his demanding military career. More than once in Kendra’s life, the Cultrera family was forced to relocate due to her father’s career, pulling the girl from newly found friends more than on just one occasion. And it was just another thing Kendra would hold against her father.
A curly blonde haired baby was just about what Mackenzie lived for. With Jared off at work most of the time, Mackenzie focused on her little bundle of joy and her well-being. Until one day when everything changed. On January 16, 1995, Mackenzie Mae Cultrera was found dead in her bed by husband. Shock took hold of the entire family. Jared, as expected, was absolutely distraught and uncertain of how he was going to care for the new child with such a demanding job. With Mackenzie’s and his own parents both deceased and other family either living too far away, Jared was forced to hire a nanny. These nannies would change quite frequently too, depending on Jared’s relocations. Kendra’s life here on out would change drastically… but not for the better.
With her father’s frequent relocations, Kendra found it quite difficult to hold on to a good pair of friends since she was moving constantly. And with no one to really go to for support, Kendra often found herself doing things on her own. Gifted with a beautiful voice and impressive drawing skills, the girl was often caught alone in her room singing her favorite songs or drawing to convey her feelings. But this was when she was relatively relaxed. If not, Kendra would be a hellion, snapping at everyone who talked to her and trying to start fights over the most insignificant things. These feelings of anger she held in she blamed on her father, who was almost never present in her life. Though he was not always there, Kendra was blissfully ignorant of the fact that her father was doing everything possible for her to have a good life.
In ninth and tenth grade, things got really bad. Kendra got into smoking weed and drinking. And, to add to get rebellious attitude and her father’s blood pressure, dyed her hair dark brown with reddish highlights (the color it still is today). The girl, in turn to her newly taken on persona, lowered her morals and standards in return. But there was no stopping her now. During her junior summer, Kendra attended a college party at one of her friend’s houses. While drinking and smoking, someone slipped a roofie in her drink and raped her. Kendra awoke on someone’s bed, her clothes missing and her heart torn. Though she was unaware who had raped her, she discovered that she indeed was pregnant a while after. Overwhelmed with confusion and helplessness, Kendra went on with her life, trying to keep this growing secret inside of her silenced. But only three weeks into her pregnancy, she lost the baby. Kendra was absolutely beside herself, hysterical for unknown reasons to her nanny and father. The baby’s death, she believed, she completely her fault and that she could never be forgiven for killing an innocent child. Kendra fell into depression and attempted to choke herself in attempt to extinguish her life (though that proved unsuccessful and is still a darkened secret not even her father or closest friends know). Jared, figuring his daughter’s anguish had to do with the harsh upbringing she had, decided that it would be best if Kendra started a new life maybe in a new country; England. She was going to be sent to live in England with Jared’s sister, Sharon Adams, and her husband who resided in London and attend Addams Academy, a prestigious art school where Kendra could perfect her singing and artistic abilities. What would be better? But then again, what could be worse?
they say the breaking point was here;
After a mere two months, Kendra was expelled from Addams Academy after the police broke up a party in one of the dorm rooms. Kendra was caught and fined for being under the influence of drugs as well as alcohol. Spending a night in jail wasn't worth a few lines of cocaine. But, hey, shit happens right?
Upon hearing news of his daughter's misdeeds, Kendra was sent back to the United States and verbally beaten down by her father. His was absolutely disgusted by his daughter's behavior and simply regretted having brought her up as his own daughter. This didn't sit too well with Kendra. Breaking the strictly enforced rule of not leaving the house, Kendra found herself a drug hookup as well as a forgotten bottle of pills in her father's cabinet and a razorblade. She wasn't worth her father's time was she? Well, she'd just save him the time by ending her own life. After having the one last pleasure of snorting a line of coke, Kendra proceeded to swallow a bottle of pills and slit both her wrists in a gas station's private bathroom. After passing on floor, bleeding and alone, a shocked civilian (upon discovering Kendra) called 911. After 'recovering' at the hospital, Kendra was emitted to Whispering Willows for rehabilitation.

Was it possible for someone to be so consumed in sadness that they would push past the limits of death just so the pain to stop? For Aidan, this was becoming a sad realization, a realization that was pressing her closer and closer to make a decision that she knew she would ultimately regret, though there seemed to be no other way to get rid of this monster that was slowly eating her away inside each day. After being broken down time after time, it seemed as though nothing was really worth it, not even the ones that had meant so much to her before she was in this state. But it wasn’t like there were many people that were close to her left. Her best friend Aydin had committed suicide, drowning herself in the ocean in the dead of night, telling no one but Aidan that she shouldn’t miss her on her cell phone, subtly warning her of what she was going to do. Not long after that, Aidan’s friend Kendall was killed in a gruesome car crash in Atlanta, just trying to make her way home from the airport in a taxi. And it wasn’t like Aidan hadn’t enough to worry about. A few months before, her boyfriend Evan had hooked up with her ‘former’ best friend Rachelle, throwing Aidan into an emotional breakdown that ended up in her breaking it off with Evan in the end and running to Jason for some form of support and comfort. Jason, as she thought he would, picked her up off the ground and set her on the right path again, reassuring her everything was going to be alright. She believed him for a while until that same night, Jason almost got himself killed in a gang fight, putting him in a coma that doctors weren’t too sure he’d wake up from. Distraught, Aidan visited Jason consistently until the day he awoke. From there on out, everything seemed to be fine. Jason was better. Evan and she had just gotten back together and made up for their broken past. And most importantly, her life started to straighten out again… until two of her friends died on after another and Jason & Evan decided to beat the shit out of one another. Maybe Jason had lied. Would everything return to the way it was before? Or had they been colorful lies to just her feel better? She wasn’t so sure anymore.
Aidan was desperate, dying to find a way to release some of this sadness festering inside of her, threatening to take her over, make her more numb than she already was. Frantically searching over her apartment, she found what she wanted glinting in the lights overhead. Picking up the razor blade carefully and placing it in her palm, knowing finally what she needed. A release. Something to make some of the pain go away... even if it was just for a while. Death.. it just didn't seem practical. Not right now. Maybe things would get better. And if she just ended her life right now.. she couldn't. Aidan couldn't follow in the steps of her best friend Aydin. And she had promised Jason she wouldn't commit suicide. Hadn't see?
Slipping into the bathroom, Aidan held the cool metal against her left wrist, revealing almost instantaneously a trail of blood, pouring from her wounds. Feeling dizzy, Aidan dropped the bloodied blade to the floor which clanged against the tile sliding away from her as it left remnants of her blood on the formerly clean white floor. Staggering, Aidan's world slipped in and out, darkening steadily until her world finally turned black, blood pooling around her body as she lay limp and cold upon the tile. Something had gone terribly wrong. But it was a mistake... wasn't it?
