This is where the patients that have earned the priviledge of other human interaction are usually found. There is a television with only certian channels, board games that passed safety inspection and books to read.

The cafeteria is small with about four large round tables. This is where the meals that aren't served in each patients rooms will be eaten.

There are more things to do here than there are in the lounge. There are select musical instruments for the patients that are musically inclined as well as paper and writing utensils that have all passed safety evaluations. There are non toxin paints and canvases as well- this room is much more for the artistically inclined patients.

There is both single and group therapy offered at Whispering Willows Institution, patients are required to have single therapy sessions- group sessions are the only choice they are given, but it is encouraged.

The balcony is on ground level and patients are allowed to be on the balcony while supervised only.

Because the city is called Devils Lake the owner of this place chose to play off of that, calling the hottest nightclub in the town 'Omen' This place has a bad reputation for the drugs and underaged kids in this place. Though it's the best party and hottest place in the city limits.

The Foster house is basically an acient breakfast diner. It was build in the 1860's and has been in the same family since the time it was built. The breakfast is the best you can buy- and the price won't come cheap.

The locally owned and small town stores are here. Grocery stores and clothing stores, whatever you want you can probably find it in Noah's market- this is the part of town that is a lot older and has a smaller feel than the new part of town.
